Drying

Autumn is a time of harvesting and foraging.
I always remembered mushroom picking with my grandmother, and also my parents when we were on holidays.
The smell of drying mushrooms is inviting in my opinion, and reminds me of many memories I have associated with it.
However my daughter comes mushroom picking with us ever since she was 9 months old baby, and she picks most of the mushrooms, she knows how to, but hates the taste and dislike the smell of them.
Hope one day she will change her mind.
