Pink Lake, Port Gregory, WA

‘We’re going to Pink Lake’ the Silverback said. I thought it was another of his tricky stories. But when we got to the lake it was actually pink!

It’s about algae that produce beta- carotene. The lake is below sea level, very salty and very pink. There are amazing aerial photos of it on Google.
