Pumpkin time

Saw a recipe for paleo pumpkin muffins and chocolate chip pumpkin cookies. Here they and they taste Delicious, well at least the cookies do I have t tried the muffins yet.

Now a rant. Why are surgeries a jobs worth at times. Put in for meds issued by the cardiologist and they have a letter saying I need them. Wasn’t told 2 of them were refused until I went to pick up said ‘script. Won’t issue. Then I put in for regular meds 2 weren’t issued. Re Putin. Will see what happens as I run out on Wednesday and they are heart and diabetic meds. Rant over.
