Santwarju tal-Madonna tal-Mellieħa

or "Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mellieħa".

The walls of this C16 church are adorned by some fantastic graffiti dating from 1869 (the oldest date we could find) incised in the soft limestone. Morning mass was in progress as we lingered outside.
