Beautiful day for an autumnal walk

Don't know if it an Acer or a Maple. Very attractive colour what ever.  Another shot taken with my phone, but I'm going to try and stop taking shots with it.  It takes hours to upload and I can't edit the photos.  I would have liked to crop this shot to consist of only the plant, but it didn't happen.
