I Can Do This

Here I am at the Gentle Yoga II class this afternoon. It's not all beer and skittles, mind -- this was before it actually started. I stretched a few things that hadn't been stretched for a while -- stop that snickering, Pensioner -- and I fell asleep during the rest period at the end, as predicted by Cynthia.

All of this was after a couple of hours playing pickleball before lunch. I thought it would be advisable to take a couple of aspirin this evening.

C said I should mention that I was one of only three men in a class of twenty. Obviously we're three men very secure in our masculinity!
