Hydrangeas

Two blossoms of different sorts, by our back door; I love the way the purple in the lower bloom echoes through the rest of the image.  Today's main event was watching Andy Murray's victory over Stan Wawrinka to win the European open in Antwerp--his first victory on his post-hip surgery comeback. His tears were not entirely hidden by his towel.  The Yankees lost their final game  to Houston last night; no baseball until the World Series starts next Tuesday.  We'll be rooting for the Washington Nationals (we love the city, and our nephew Rob lives there).
