Coffee And Cake

Last photo of the holiday after having yummy coffee and cake at the Wolf House cafe with our friend. We looked in on the gallery, where artist Janice McGloine was busy painting one of her pictures of a local view; she has produced many paintings of Silverdale and Arnside with her characteristic quirky twist.
We parted company there and drove home through sunshine, admiring the increasing shades of autumn as we travelled further north, to be welcomed home by the cats.
It's back to routine tomorrow and an early night beckons.
