We tracked them down!

Last winter when we were here we belatedly discovered a beach bar that had music sessions on a Sunday afternoon. We hopefully headed there last Sunday to find that all the tables and chairs had been cleared from the bar and it was now a loud and deserted disco. They were obviously local musicians, so we suspected they might have decamped somewhere else. S used his detective skills (i.e. he asked the person who had told him about it in the first place) and found out which bar they had moved to.

Sadly the gravel-voiced blues singer was not in evidence, but all the other regulars were present, and it was still a good place to sit with a drink for a couple of hours before ambling home.

In other news, it rained last night. Shock! It did clear up this afternoon, but it's a bit chillier than it was. Right decision to go to the beach yesterday.
