Chicken burgers
Homemade. Breasts halved, and pounded to a reasonable shape, double breaded FEB (flour-egg-bread) lots of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the flour. Pan fried in an inch of oil over medium (on my stove - so the oil doesnt burn) until browned and crispy, and finish in the oven 375 for 10-15. Check temp.
