Buxton Opera House

SUNDAY

We headed over to Buxton in the Derbyshire Peak District to meet up with Harriet and George for lunch.

The spa town has undergone much improvement since I was last there over ten years ago.

Today's blip is the Opera House which has undergone a series of refurbishment programmes. It forms part of the adjacent Pavillion Art Centre and cinema which was rebuilt in 2010.

After a lovely sunny morning the skies clouded over and we returned over the moors in the rain and greyness.
