Broth!
Sometimes i cook. I made chicken bone broth and vegetable stock from kitchen scraps. Its takes a little while but its totally worth it. Plus, less waste! I keep my carrots peels, celery ends, and onion skins. And i manage to get a nice flavourful stock from it. I add in extra, but my frozen base can be anywhere from 4-6 cups of "scrap". Then i only have to add a couple carrots a couple stalks of celery and a bit of onion, and its already packed with flavor. I use it to cook rice, or gravies, or when i cook anything in my instant pot.
