Road Less Travelled

Now we are members of the NTS we can park for free in the car park at Killiekrankie and so use that as a starting point to explore walks in that area. 

Today we decided to take the no-through road leading the quarry you pass on way to House of Bruar, a road we hadnt taken before as we thought it would be boring. Instead we were rewarded witha  lovel contry stroll withj the River Garry on one side and fields with horses, sheep and cows on the other and lined by trees which were approaching full autumn. Lovely. 

Faith Healer (which we saw last night at PFT) was utterly compelling. In addition to a run in Pitlochry it weill be touring the Highlands and Islands which is good to see.
