The new tipple for 2013. Bye bye bevvy. In 27 years you've given me a fair whack of laughs but this year we part company. You have plenty of friends so you'll not miss me. I'll miss the foolishness and nonsense we've shared. But weekends of cheer and good times have started, without hangover and black dog Grumpy. Maybe, just maybe, I am an alcoholic. If so, here is where things change. I look forward to remembering putting the boys to bed on a Friday and Saturday night; and myself. Less fights at home from irritations too petty in a sober light to bother about. More focus and less chaos, or at least, less chaos noticed and fussed over. Hip hip hooray! I'm on a holiday. Forever!! This is going to be pure magic! Bring it on... exciting awaits.
