Winter colour

The common name for this flower is probably not 100% PC so I will use the Latin name - Schizostylis. A south African plant that hasn't worked out that it is currently winter in Europe and so flowers in the South African summer, our winter.
My mother gave us a few flowers two years ago and they seem to be enjoying the pleasures of the Hebridean climate. They couldn't be in a more exposed position in our garden but still they flower.
