One step beyond

A rather tough night. Still very painful. Still, at least the physio came today, so I was able to get out of bed and walk a short distance with the aid of crutches. Not that easy though. The idea is that I put a small percentage of my body weight on the foot. This will aid in the healing. Just a bit scared to overdo it.
Rest of time, just need to lie with ankle above knee.

Saw the surgeon last night and his assistant this morning. They are very positive on how the opération went. So it 's now just a question of patience. !
