Spring? What Spring?....

It has rained all day.... nice light rain which is good for the garden. However it has also been chilly enough to light the wood burner. Maisie was very happy to curl up in her Day Bed close by the hearth. Son Duncan and Bryan,the Birman, arrived this afternoon. He and I and Norma, our gardening friend, are planning to go on the Wairau Valley Anglican Parish annual “Country Gardens” tours over the weekend. Fingers crossed the weather will be fine.
