Salt Eggs

Ham, egg and chips for tea tonight. Quick comfort food after a long day at work.

We keep our eggs in a salt pig. Very pleasing for eggs and definitely too big for the amount of salt we eat.

Unfortunately, due to the early demise of our neighbours chickens due to the resident foxes, our current eggs are hallmarked rather than poo marked and not nearly as tasty.
