Emergency cone

I laughed to see this behind GOMA this morning - not sure if the cone has been removed from it's usual home on Wellington's head, or if it is there so that one can be replaced if it goes missing!
Last full day in Glasgow. Lovely to catch up with friends over dinner and a picture.
