Sunrise (Day 1624)

I had a slightly later start this morning, wandering up the hill with the woofers as the rising sun coloured the sky pink.
Back at home I got on with a few admin type things until  my beautiful wife came home from her overnight shift at work and we had a coffee together. I had pretty much given up hope that the tiles would arrive today, but shortly after 10am I got a call to say I could collect them.
I zoomed to town collected the tiles, and a couple of other bits and bobs, then headed for the bathroom re-fit in Stromness. Where I sat around in the van for more than an hour waiting for the key holder to arrive and let me in.
I eventually got started on the final bit of tiling, which involved cutting every tile. With the tiling done, I stopped for a very very late lunch before getting the tiles grouted. Tomorrow I might start making it look a bit more like a bathroom...
