Back at the hospital today for my first post-op physio appointment and wound check. The infection seems to be clearing now but I still have to keep the wounds covered as it is still bleeding. The good news is that I have a smaller splint now for the next 4 weeks and can start some gentle exercises.

The grounds at the Yorkshire Clinic were looking lovely with the leaves changing colours on the trees.
