Last (rock) rose of summer

Glad I didn't snip the last shoot with buds on. The paper thin flowers, translucent in the autumn sun, which has already disappeared for the day. The flowers will follow swiftly.

Swam, Sighthill for 2 meetings and then to the Manor to await an OT (been) and JL with a cooker (on its way). They will be followed by Sainsbury's and unexpected visitors kept me on my toes earlier.

A nice quiet evening will be welcome.
