Looking Up

For Wide Wednesday today I stood right next to the hillside below this old tree and took a photo straight up. I wasn't sure if it would work ..... but it did.
I was mostly a cloudy and often rainy day today. Not a day to go too far into the woods......this was convenient to get to without much effort.

Ellie is in bed very early tonight.....but she got up unusually early this morning.....so I hope she stay asleep and doesn't get up so early tomorrow. I think the garbage man may have awaken her this morning.
