Broken Promise

We were expecting rain and a NW wind. We got a little rain and a SE wind which drove the tide back up. In all fairness it has come around NW but not soon enough. We had cleaned up all the debris left from a week of high tides yesterday when it finally receded. So now it is all back. Starting to feel like "Groundhog Day".
