A day out at the NEC

Up and organised and off to the NEC for opening time - a bit of traffic but we made it for just after doors opening at 10.

It was a big show and over the course of the day we walked around 4 miles between all the halls. We managed to get most of the things we were looking for and a few more besides - I’m very pleased with my £10 shoes (see extra). The new windscreen cover for the van is on and should help to keep the heat in and the cold out, and the awning, windbreak and gas powered grill will arrive in a week or two.
Couldn’t resist picking up some lovely cheese and chorizo so that’s tea tomorrow sorted out.

Not looking forward to our 6 hour drive home tomorrow but needs must.
