Arbroath

Quite a contrast to the weather when we set out at lunchtime in pouring rain and low mist.  It was my hair appointment in Carnoustie so a couple of hours of sitting around in my lovely hairdresser's lounge for TJ.  Did I tell you what a star he is?!!  

We headed to Arbroath after the hair appointment to have a late lunch of fish and chip and I took this photo of the tower when we came out into glorious sunshine.  The only snag was that the sunshine was straight in our eyes all the way home, so uncomfortable driving conditions..It was still good to see the blue sky though:-)
