Alpacas

There was a beautiful sunrise but the fine start to the morning didn't last .... by 10 o'clock it was raining heavily :-((

After meeting a friend for coffee we went for a soggy visit to Kellie Castle Gardens .... not a good choice but the compensation was spotting some very damp alpacas in a nearby field.

There was great activity in one of the fields as the broccoli was harvested and boxed ready for the off. The stalks were still left and the sheep lined up at the gate just waiting to get in for a great feed .... the rain didn't deter them!

By the middle of the afternoon the weather improved dramatically and the beach was the destination for many families.
