Cross Referencing

I hate planning . . . a preference for dealing with complex detail helps me get through it. Here, I have to allocate thirty five people into seven groups looking for diversity in all of gender, seniority, function, business unit, geography, culture and subject matter of their challenge subject and taking into account any preferences they have expressed about who they do not want to be with! As a preliminary, I need to read all the challenge presentations, average 13 pages each. It all takes hours and gets presented in one minute but underpins the success of thirty-five one-hour sessions next week!
