Dry

Bright, sunny and cold today - and that was inside the office (the heating's gone AWOL again). Outside was warm enough for a lunchtime walk around the lake with just a jumper on.

Half remembering that this week's challenge was 'dry' I took a few shots of last years grasses and leaves which from any distance looked mid-drought. That it was somewhat squelchy underfoot was a different matter. I rather liked this particular shot.

Since I last blipped the windpump I've learnt it serves the purpose of pumping water between the various lakes in Cambourne; presumably to keep it from stagnating.
