An international BLIPMEET!!!!  The lovely Alison666 and her Jason met up with me in Sarasota today and of course, we went to the Tiki Bar and had dinner on the beach!  They are visiting Florida and staying in a villa about 2 hours north of here, but made the trip in spite of the distance.  We had a grand time and hopefully we'll see each other again next year when they return.  
This Blip community is amazing.  Because of the photos and stories we share, we feel like we already know a lot of these people on some level.  It's quite wonderful to meet some of them face to face and chat about whatever is going on in our lives at the moment.  Our conversations felt like a soft place to land for all three of us.  :)
