Rooftop view

Amongst other things, including a brief visit back to the office (they let me in!), I was up on the roof with the architect and a supplier.

We were looking at the frame for the new cupola and getting precise measurements.

It was a still dry day after a damp night so conditions were good. It will probably be the only time I will be able to look unhindered into our stairwell. And at the same time appreciate the view we have of the city.

Slowly developing this retirement theme I baked bread. Listening to the news I’m surprised it did not turn out as sourdough.
