The dropped stitch

Gus

The exciting weekend continues with the discovery of an old family photo album neither of us have seen before. We're guessing at the identity of some, but many of the photos are labelled! Wonderful to be able to put faces to some of the relatives I've been adding to the family tree.

A favourite woodland walk in the afternoon. Unfortunately what used to be a track has been built up high into an ugly grey 'road'. Tree branches have been broken and slashed and the ditches where there used to be tadpoles are full now of mud and rubble.

Gus was oblivious to such things and had a lovely time. Occasionally he'd leave the path and go completely mad, bouncing and leaping in the heather. (see extra)
