Honeycomb

First attempt at making honeycomb. We thought it might make a nice little addition to the shop with some of it dipped in chocolate. It wasn’t a complete success. I think I may have over beat it before pouring as it didn’t rise as much as I would have expected.

It does however, taste okay and has a crunch so we may use this batch for a traybake or for decorating.
