Autumn berries

I don't know what they are. They're not rowan, hawthorn or even holly. They are like little glace cherries. The folk who landscaped our site seem to have used a few of them around the place. A Cadillac Eldorado awaits the first person to correctly identify the bush. (Once I can locate it.) Extra: A nose.
