Southbound

An early train this morning for our journey south.  This is the River Kent at Arnside looking back towards Grange.  No 1 son's girlfriend is planning a surprise 30th birthday for him this evening.  He has no idea yet!

It was a great party with friends from school, university and his Dad and partner and us representing the seniors.  He was slightly overwhelmed by it all but it was lovely to see so many people supporting him.
