Eda and friends.
We’ve had a very fun day. Grace meets with her Mumday friends on Monday but this year more are working and one of her closest friends has just had a second baby so numbers were a bit depleted.
Grace and I took Eda and her friend Elisa took Anneka and Charlie, all aged 2 and good friends, to the Dragon Bird theatre at a church in Whiteladies Road, Bristol.
Two ladies with puppets, songs and lots of fun activities for little ones. The little friends had a lovely time. Here Eda is making her way through the ‘bushes’ in the garden in search of the Ladybirds spots! They played bees gathering pollen and squirrels as well as other garden creatures searching for the missing spots.
Charlie has just got a baby brother so we took him to give his mum a morning’s break. He loves to have his curly hair put into an elastic bobble like the girls! He looks very cute. You can see some of the friends having fun in the extra compilation.
We came back for lunch at Grace’s with Chris who had been into Bristol to meet Grace’s Godmother and partner who have flown down from the NE to see the show. We had some of Chris’s roast pepper and tomato soup with my cheese scones which everyone seemed to enjoy.
Afterwards Eda went for her nap and Grace for a lie down in preparation for the dress rehearsal tonight.
It’s going to be a full on week, we go to see the show tomorrow - opening night! Can’t wait.
