Cumbria Sirloin

I got some vouchers from MrsCyclops' mum for my Birthday for a lovely farm shop in Penrith, so we came home laden with local steaks, cumberland sausage, a cured ham joint, some beers, and some sauces and jams!

We had the steaks tonight, with fried onion, tenderstem broccoli and chips.  Delicious!
