A brief encounter

Today we travelled back from the Lakes to Buckinghamshire after a week of holiday activites.
We had a short detour to Carnforth Station to look around the Heritage Centre. Very well set up to illustrate Carnforth's history, the importance of the station in the days of steam railways and the classic "Brief Encounter" film from 1945. 
The blip is a view from the station tea room window of the platform and the famous clock.
