So ended up missing ten pin bowling last night as my back popped again washing windows. Grrrrr!

Pain all night and into this morning. Painkillers at the ready and managed to walk along with MrsT to the park whilst L and I took the scooters.

They played hard then watched Strictly before L had her gymnastics in the afternoon.  

I’ll catch up on some admin chores seeing I have limited mobility.
