First time for everything...

Today I had my first taste of curried goat!

Lunch time blip today of this gentleman in Hyde market selling Caribbean food. A choice of Jerk chicken or Curried Goat. I must say I did take a little persuading but it proved to be very tasty.

A new venture for his "Blue Sky" catering and he'll be in the market 5 days a week.

Mmmm wonder what I'll try next time.
