Atkins Breakfast

So this is day 1 of my Blipfoto blog. So, I'm starting with a pic of my Atkins breakfast of bacon and scrambled egg. I just needed to test and make sure everything works.

It should be better tomorrow which is my first day back at work since 18DEC2012 so will see hai that all pans out. :)
