Water water everywhere

Back checking out potential front gardens again. Sometimes it's sunny here I'm told.

While we were having a Phil and Kirsty conversation in the pub afterwards I found out there's been a burst pipe in the office. I may have to WaH on Monday. Boo.

On the way home now so himself can take his Manflu back to bed. It might even be genuine as he turned down the offer of a curry.
