Poor Bridie

Bridie is not well at all.

She recovered well after the anaesthesia. She was up and walking and she ate some rice and chicken. At 7 pm she suddenly was unconscious.
We rushed to the vets, who gave her antidote to the drugs that she had been given earlier and it helped. She was able to walk in from the car, when we came home.

She slept peacefully all night, but was still not right this morning. She has a bad diarrhoea and she is wobbly and very tired.

I took her to the vet again this morning. She got some penicillin to try to stop the diarrhoea. She also had her blood pressure, pulse etc. checked and it looked ok - not great, but ok. The vet told me to keep her warm and resting.

So that is what we are doing now...

My mum - it still looks like she will come home after dialysis tonight. No real news...
