Last legs

No editing tonight just a quick image of a Calla Lilly on it's last legs. Watched an absolutely amazing run from Eliud Kipchoge, today world history was made when the Sub 2 hour Marathon happened. 1:59.40.2 and what a spectacular finish. I have coached some fast runners in my time and helped many achieve what they thought was unachievable. Tonight brought me to tears between the coughing and sneezing. People said the 4 minute mile could not be broken and when Roger Bannister broke the 4 minute mile many followed in his footsteps. All it takes is believing in yourself and the strength of character to remove the negativity from your life and know your support network Believe in you.
