Crew accommodation in the Oulu City barracks. Barracks were built in 1881. In the period 1981-1902 they were used by the Finnish Grand Duchy army. When it was abolished in 1902, Russian troops moved into the premises and used them until 1918. They were used by the Finnish Defence Forces from 1919 to 1998. Educational institution for people with disabilities are placed in buildings today.
