Looking brand new on the outside as she’s just came back from a ‘bare metal’ respray.
It’s the first time I’ve seen her with all the Piper logos and the ‘no push’ & ‘no step’ labels.
Inside she shows all of the 6000+ hours she’s flown, despite new seats & carpets last year.
Today I flew us down to Leicester airport (& was very pleased to arrive on track and on time despite 30 knot winds aloft and no modern navigation kit in the aeroplane.)
I was about 20 seconds away from asking ATC for a bearing to the airfield when we spotted it
