Let the battle commence!

Here we have two giant Knights about to do battle outside the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds!
It was the first night of the annual 'Leeds Light Night' festival where there are various art 'installations' and all manner of illuminated and unusual things dotted in and around the centre of town. Unfortunately it rained quite heavily just as these two gallant knights were strutting their stuff. (It was a job keeping my lens dry too.)
The red knight won the dual after a lengthy skirmish complete with clanging metallic sound effects. 
Once again, the fantastic and very loud 'Spark! LED drummers' were leading the opening parade through the centre - see the first extra.
Some giant wasp-like characters which were  Picto Facto’s giant Lampadophores followed them (extra 2) - I'm not quite sure what they were supposed to be!
A great event, and the crowds were bigger than ever in spite of the rain.
