Flower Friday

I don't like crysanths as a rule.. mostly the filthy smelly water they make rather than anything against the flower itself.  This came in an autumn bunch and is opening up slowly to reveal its beauty.. l am not sure l have ever seen one quite like it.  Beautiful (might even turn me into a crazy crysanth convert!)

Stormy and wet today and a super busy morning at the foodbank.  I think we may light up a fire this evening and feels smug and warm out of the weather with my daughter who abandoned her flattened tent last night for a night in a local hotel!!!
