Windy Marlborough

Driving around today the mistress found a flag flying in the wind, which we have had a lot of in the past few days, and the mistress is obviously getting heartily sick of it due to the conversations I am overhearing. She tells me she has had to stake her apple tree, and that she's lost every single plum off her Black Doris Plum Tree. She's also lost one bean plant and has had to stake the bean frame today as otherwise she'll lose that too. Her courgette plant is also looking a bit windblown, and she's also had to take out all the lettuces as they were wiped out the other day.

I even overheard the Flag saying it's sick of it - if you look at the corner of it - the Wind has ripped it.

We expect wind here in Spring/autumn -but summer? Grrr.

On top of that, the Mistress is cursing ACC becuase they rejected the Mediation Review despite TWO surgeons both saying they disagree with ACC. An appeal is about to be lodged and the case will now be heard before a Judge. The language the Mistress is using about ACC is enough to make a poor Camera turn a bright shade of Red.
