Riverside Parkrun

Running amongst the swans is par for the course at Riverside Parkrun.

This is the first Parkrun I’ve run for ages. It showed, too. I got nowhere near my freakishly fast previous time for this course, but I still got a decent time for me.

When I was little, my dad would sometimes take us to this park to kick a football about.
